Analizzando i suoi lavori sono rimasto particolarmente colpito ed affascinato dal suo inusuale modo di fotografare. I suoi soggetti, sia che essi siano persone o paesaggi, vengono catturati, “aggrediti” in maniera del tutto sfuggente riuscendo a cogliere l’attimo perfetto. Cohen, nel fotografare le persone, si concentra molto sui particolari; fotografa le gambe, i piedi , parte del viso e del torace, gente che cammina per strada nella loro ordinaria quotidianità. Nelle fotografie di Cohen non ci sono pose, tutto è dato dal momento.
